COMMISSIONED

Campus Missions Experience

The Bethel Campus Fellowship Commissioned: Campus Missions Experience sends students by the power of the Holy Spirit and with the gospel of Jesus Christ to fulfill the Great Commission and advance God’s Kingdom on campus.

Anchor Scripture

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. (Matthew 28:18-20)

The Heart of Commissioned

Rooted in Matthew 28:18-20, Commissioned takes a missions-centered approach to provide the called and commissioned an opportunity to live in partnership with the Holy Spirit as they advance the message of Jesus Christ on campus. During these short and long term missions experiences, Campus Missionaries are immersed in evangelism, prayer, service, and Christ-centered fellowship. The heart of the experience is missions, where students are empowered and sent to build for Jesus and expand His Kingdom in their everyday lives.

No. The heart of Commissioned is that all in Christ are called and commissioned by God. In Matthew 28:18–20, Jesus is sending every disciple who will say yes to Him. Acts 1:8 shows that being sent by God comes through the Holy Spirit. Whether or not you hold a ministry title, if you are ready to say yes, this experience is for you.

Commissioned is open to both students and alumni.

Individuals with ministry experience can serve as Missions Leads, using their gifts to lead participants, support mission activities, and help create an impactful experience. Missions Leads may serve for the entire duration of the experience or for a designated period. Missions Leads receive a discounted missions cost rate.

To apply to serve as a Missions Lead, please complete the registration form.
