This year, for one weekend in September, we are coming together for a time of refreshing, restoration and empowerment!

Welcome to the 2025 BCF Training & Equipping Conference (TEC), formerly known as “Leadership Conference”.
Over the years we have come together annually in September to strengthen, empower and encourage the leaders in the ministry and all who play pivotal roles in accomplishing the vision of BCF. We have come to realize though that we don’t need to only equip and train those individuals who formally hold the title of “leader” but all who serve in any capacity in BCF. It is our recognition of this that has necessitated a rebranding!
